Welcome to the Heatons Team Ministry

The Heatons Team Ministry is a recent development, and is still finding its way, seeking a shared vision which will embrace the rich diversity of its five parishes. The social setting of the team is as diverse as its congregations, and makes for a broad range of opportunities to develop mission and ministry.

		St. Thomas the Apostle Wellington Road North, Heaton Chapel. Services: 7:15pm Thursdays, Weekday Mass 9:30am Sundays, Parish Eucharist

The team clergy

There are four full time stipendiary clergy in the team: the Team Rector, the Revd Marcus Maxwell (St. John's) the Revd Roni Mechanic, Team Vicar of St. Martin's, the Revd Peter Stannard, Team Vicar of St. Thomas's and All Saints' and the Revd Christine Marshall, Team Vicar of St. Paul's. The Revd Gavin Smith is curate at St. John's but also ministers across the team. In addition, the Revd Harriet Tate (OLM at St. Martin's) and the Revd Glenys Richards (OLM at All Saints) have a limited worship role within the wider team. There are also three lay Readers in the team.
